We pride ourselves in creating a social, friendly and professional environment in which beginners and pro dancers from all around come together to enjoy dancing. Our teachers have years of dancing and teaching experience, from across the world, bringing you a variety of teaching techniques as well as the latest salsa moves the scene has to offer.

We love dancing. Like really really really love it! We eat, sleep, drink and think dancing - and we never stop! You´ll notice this in our classes, there is always a happy and positive vibe and we love sharing our knowledge!
Each class is structured to both be fun but also increase in challenge. While the classes are carefully planned for its level, we also give individual feedback to improve your dancing specifically.
Our teachers are not just great dancers, but each and every teacher is also trained to teach. We care about the teaching method just as much as the material. We want you to reach your full potential and know how to get you there.
The best part! Rhythmia is surrounded by a friendly and open atmosphere! We dance together after class, make new friends in our parties, travel to festivals together! A brand new world is about to open up!
This is our most basic level in which you learn the fundamentals of partner dancing. This is more than just doing “the steps” as we emphasize on posture, arm movements and lead & follow techniques. These beginner classes are perfectly suited for students with none or little salsa or bachata experience.
In our second level we go further in the lead & follow techniques, you’ll learn new basic turns and more footwork. We will help you understand what it takes to be fluid on the dance floor, make your dancing smoother, and dig deeper into the dancing skills while learning to add body movement and body control. This is not the right level if you don’t know your basics yet ;)
Everything you have learned in the previous courses is now combined into longer and more exciting turn patterns with advanced spin techniques. There will also be more emphasis on styling, especially for the ladies.
This class is our highest level and is designed for students who want to master their dancing technique. There is a lot of dancing in each class accompanied by fast music and passion! Perfection is the key here!

Join us every second Friday of the month for Rhythmia's lively workshops at 20:45, followed by our student party at 21:45 (lasts until "a bit" after midnight). CHF 15 covers both, or just CHF 10 for the party. Rhythmia students get in free!
Don't forget—no outdoor shoes in the dance school to protect our floor.
